I am an idiot… and a coach.  The important part of my journey is that I’d like to think I’m not quite as big of an idiot as I used to be when I started coaching.  This lowering of my idiot level came through many years of coaching my own boys through youth travel baseball, along with other sports.  As I went through the ranks of coaching, I found many online resources, videos, classes, trainings, etc, on improving skills, techniques, and the like.  Other resources approached coaching from a general level, but it was trying to cover too many levels of competition and play. 

My kids are now playing in high school and I find myself suddenly semi-retired as a coach with more time on my hands. So, I’m here to create the resource I wish existed when I was growing up as a coach to help make you less of an idiot then you are today
